What you can expect
Calming, supportive and informal hands on sessions where parents learn the ancient art and practice of baby massage together with their baby
1 hour class - plus arrive early and leave slowly so you can spend 30 minutes either side of class connecting with other mums and babies
Learn full body baby massage - a different region of the body each week
Parents massage their own baby - we demonstrate the massage strokes on a demonstration doll
Learn infant behavioural cues and the benefits of nurturing touch
Be part of important and empowering conversations with other mums, or listen quietly if that feels best for you on the day
Small classes of up to 8 parents and 8 babies, which allows for an individualised experience
Thoughtful venues with parent and baby needs in mind - baby change facilities, baby play area and toys, parking, access to public transport, close to a cafe, breastfeeding pillow available for use, accessible toilets
Low volume womb sounds can be played during baby massage
Spare demonstration dolls for parents to use if their baby falls asleep
